Lots of new things are happening for 2026 in response to changing customer shopping habits and increases in barn rent, utilities, services, and supplies over the last couple of years!

 

The Following Changes will go into effect January 1st 2026:

 

Store Hours 

Monday thru Sunday 10 am to 5 pm  

Why - diminished sales 9 am to 10 am & 5 pm to 6 pm 

 

Staffing

Monday thru Friday - 1 register open on the 1st floor 

Why - weekday sales do not support staffing 2 registers - never did - was a result of merging 2 stores

 

Saturday and Sunday - 2 registers open  - 1 on each floor 

 

Monday thru Friday

1 Desk Team Member - Register, Desk & Store Projects

1 Vendor - Floor Sales & Store Projects

 

2nd floor

1 Store Support Team Member  - Desk, Floor Sales & Store Projects

1 Vendor - Floor Sales & Store Projects

 

Saturday & Sunday

1st floor

1 Desk Team Member - Register & Desk

2 Vendors - Floor Sales 

 

2nd floor

1 Desk Team Member - Register & Desk

2 Vendors - Floor Sales

 

Work Day Hours & Pay

Desk Team 9:30 am to 5:30 pm - $90.00

 

Store Support Team 9:30 am to 5:30 pm - $70.00

 

Vendor Work Day 9:30 am to 5:30 pm - full day - equal to $60.00 in rent

                             9:30 am to 1:30 pm - am half day - equal to $30.00 in rent

                             1:30 pm to 5:30 pm - pm half day - equal to $30.00 in rent

 

Vendor Work for Pay 9:30 am to 5:30 pm - full day - $60.00

                                  9:30 am to 1:30 pm - am half day - $30.00

                                  1:30 pm to 5:30 pm - pm half day - $30.00

 

 

Rent

Rent is due the 1st of the month 

Last day to pay Rent is the 5th of the month

Rent paid after the 5th will be considered late and be charged $5.00 a day  deducted from your payout.

 

Booth Rent Increase

Booth Rent will be increased by 25 cents a Square Foot in all areas and rounded up to the nearest 0 or 5

Why - the yearly increases in barn rent and substantial increases in utilities, services, and supplies. 

The New Booth Rent Rates will be included in the next Pay Out 

 

Rent paid by Credit or Debit Card will be charged 3% to cover credit card fees

The 3% will be deducted from your payout.

Cash or Check Rent payments are prefered

 

Commission will remain the same

 

Payout Checks - mailing payout check with reports is no longer an option, checks must be picked up at the store.  

Why - issues with the mail.
